Chris Cavallari - filmosity.tv - is a long time cinematographer and video producer based in Maine. With an avid love of the outdoors, he started Part Time Vagabond to give him a platform to showcase videos of his outdoor and travel adventures. For years, he has been an early adopter and active participant in social media, and through his company Filmosity Productions, he guides companies large and small in leveraging video, social media, and digital publishing to the fullest.
In his video, Chris talks about how he uses online video with his clients, and why he is a .tv advocate*.
For his first Advocate post, Chris talks about how easy it is for businesses to focus on the wrong thing when starting in online video – i.e. “What camera should I buy?”. The real questions that companies should ask are the same as when starting any new marketing initiative.
Don’t worry – Chris also has opinions on what cameras and equipment to use that he’ll be sharing in the coming months. We’d love to hear what topics you’d like to see Chris talk about – send us a tweet or comment here, on our Facebook page or YouTube channel.
Stay tuned!
* Disclosure: Chris is a compensated .tv Advocate, http://cmp.ly/3/WMRyPQ

amen! everyone thinks that the camera will make or break their video when most people don’t even know what they want their videos to be about! i’m glad you are teaching that there is a process and its not just making a list of the equipment involved! thanks chris!
