			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While I’m <a id="qplf" title="not new to the Internet" href="../2009/09/happy-birthday-the-internet-meets-middle-age-and-turns-40/">not new to the Internet</a>, I <strong>am</strong> new to VeriSign and the domaining world. Thanks to the connections of Sam Frida, a Senior VeriSign Account Manager, we had some great &#8220;get to know you&#8221; calls with domainers yesterday. It’s always interesting to hear what the market thinks of your product, so I was encouraged by the discussions.</p>
<p>As you can see from <a id="y8is" title="Bruce Marler's" href="http://bit.ly/38GYh">Bruce Marler&#8217;s</a> write up of one of those conversations we discussed both what they like and don’t like about it and made it clear we&#8217;re listening to the concerns and questions coming from outside VeriSign. I look forward to continuing the conversation &#8211; both here on the blog and offline &#8211; and working hard to make that “like” list even longer.</p>
